Supervisor vs. Specialist

There are 2 different roles in the collections module: Supervisor and Specialist. The main difference between these roles is in how the worklist is displayed.

The Specialist role displays open items (e.g. Invoices) where you are listed as the Collection Specialist. The Supervisor role allows you to view others’ open items. This is convenient if you are filling in for someone else or would like to see Intel’s collection efforts as a whole

To access either worklist, you can either type the transaction name (UKM_Specialist or UKM_Supervisor) in the toolbar at the top of the window or you can expand the folders using this path: SAP Menu > Accounting > Financial Supply Chain Management > Collections Management.
